Job Descriptions:


The Sales Representative/Manager is a new role within our company. This individual will be a high performing, independent self-starter, with a passion and knowledge of coffee. They will be in charge of creating a Lee’s brand presence in our local community, and ultimately, turn the Lee’s Coffee brand into a well know house hold item.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Become a subject matter expert in regards to the company history and products available
- Bottled Lee's Coffee, Ground Coffee, Coffee Beans and other products
* Pursue client onsite visits/tours to inform and educate our target audience and secure customer acquisition
* Build and maintain a steady customer pipeline, whose inquiries and needs are addressed on a timely manner
* Develop and asses marketing and sales strategies to penetrate the local markets and maximize our sales potential
* Determine brand growth potential, revenue, and realistic sales target forecasts
* Manage client portfolios and customized sales plans
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop all sales and
informational material
* Identify market shifts and emerging markets to give recommendations on marketing and sales campaigns

Job Elements:

* Reports directly to the COO
* Comfortable contacting leads by phone, email, and in person on a daily basis
* Communicates, introduces, and positions our products in a way that demonstrates their distinct aspects
* Independently drives the sales process from plan to closing
* Travel can vary on customer pipeline and marketing initiatives
* Maintains own current/potential customer relationships and interactions
* When attending events, acts as the company product expert

Basic Qualifications:

* Successful previous experience in a "new" sales department
* Experience working with new company segments and influencing their development
* Strong business sense and industry expertise; networking capabilities
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
* Proven ability to position products against competitors
* Excellent networking, communication, and influence skills
* Project management knowledge and skills
- Can develop a strategy/project that involves other departments and ensures timely execution

Preferred Qualifications:

* Strong knowledge and influence in the coffee or beverage industry
* Speak and write Vietnamese and English fluently
