Job Descriptions :
The Human Resources Specialist is responsible for managing and overseeing the personnel department within a company or organization.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- Recruits and interviews selected applicants
- Post advertisements for new employees in newspapers, trade specific magazines or on the internet. Contact employment services or executive recruits for specialized postings
- Manages Applicant Tracking System
- Ensures all record keeping with regards to worker’s compensation, health and medical insurance and other state and government regulations are completed and updated as required
- Trains management and regular team members on safety, sexual harassment, company policies, procedures and other topics
- Oversees performance appraisal process and ensures timeliness of annual reviews
- Ensures compliance to state and federal employment laws and company policies and procedures
- Assists in processing payroll and employee related records, coordinates and conducts exit interviews, completes New-Hire Orientation
- Manages office facility
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements

- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Exceptional team building capability
- Basic business math and accounting skills and strong analytical/decision making skills
- Basic personal computer literacy
- High School Diploma or GED. College or university Degree Preferred
- 1-2 years supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment
- Must be able to travel anywhere
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Speak and write Vietnamese and English
