Manages an upscale bakery/deli restaurant operation by developing revenues and profits, provides quality food and appealing restaurant service; maintains store, equipments cleanliness, and patron satisfaction; managing and training staff.
Duties:
Routinely auditing corporate stores, including franchisee stores, to maintain good food quality, clean store image, and excellent customer service. Enforcing compliance in company procedures and policies. Monitoring labor and food costs; accomplishes restaurant financial objectives; initiating corrective actions and improvements, as needed; Evaluating program/special events results, identifying and tracking changing demands, implementing strategies to meet customer demands; controlling purchases and inventory, reviewing and evaluating usage inventory and production reports; maintaining store quality operations and patron-satisfaction; staff training & coaching employees. Train all new assistant manager and manager position. Train operational skills to all employees including franchisee owner and managers for new franchise opening. Constantly update the new products recipe with Quality Controller and follow up with all stores, including corporate stores and franchise stores.
Skills:
Training consistency in policies & procedures, developing budgets, decision making, process improvement, verbal communication, customer focus, management proficiency, managing profitability, quality focus.
Bi-lingual in Vietnamese and English preferred.
