Job Descriptions :
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for AP and AR data entry, payroll, filing, organizing, and miscellaneous projects.
Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:
- AP/AR posting & General ledger reconciliation
- Perform monthly financials
- Processing and reconciling payroll
- Monthly inventory report
- Perform general office duties such as procuring vendors, negotiating service agreements, and others as assigned
- Monitoring customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
- Working closely and communicating with Dept. managers and stores
- Other related duties as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree in Accounting, 1-2 years experience in Accounting and Office Administration;
- Full knowledge of QuickBooks software and Microsoft Office skills;
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information;
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team building skills;
- Analytical and problem solving skills;
Effective verbal, listening, and communications skills;
