Store Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

The Store Supervisor will work with the store manager and be responsible for supervising employees at assigned restaurants and ensuring efficient customer service, maintaining food quality and creating an enjoyable atmosphere in which to work and eat.

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

  • Training and motivating team members. Assisting in employee discipline and performance evaluations
  • Monitoring all service equipment
  • Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards), maintaining a clean parking lot, building exterior, and dumpster; including removal of trash within containers to proper dumpster site(s)
  • Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory level
  • Preparing/making/transporting deposits, preparing proposed labor schedules, product projections, financials for store manager’s review/approval
  • Scheduling employees under direct supervision at proper staffing levels; watching labor cost daily to ensure efficiency in scheduling
  • Ensuring restaurant adheres to all standards
  • Inspecting daily pre and post-shift side work and cleanliness of outlet areas
  • Maintaining standards of food and beverage quality and guest services; resolves guest complaints
  • Promoting programs to increase sales through employee incentive plans and programs to increase customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with all employees and departments
  • Responding quickly to guests’ requests in a friendly manner. Following up to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Providing a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
  • Following company policies and procedures and is able to effectively communicate them to subordinates
  • Assisting in the cashier, drinks, kitchen and all other departments when needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Able to do repetitious work accurately;
  • Neat in appearance;
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (flexible schedule);
  • Good client/customer service skills;
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks;
  • Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort;
  • Able to work in a team environment;
  • Previous food service experience, as well as supervisory or management experience helpful;
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 40lbs;
  • Must be able to be on their feet for extended period of times
